Belton's annual Standpipe Heritage and Arts Festival will celebrate its
27th year of entertaining activities. The
star on Belton's most famous landmark, the Standpipe, overlooks a
beautiful city which reflects a Belton reminiscent of times past
but also a true southern city of the future. The 2013 Standpipe
Heritage & Arts Festival will feature many events before and after the main event held
on October 5, 2013 from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The Standpipe
Festival welcomes visitors to our downtown and also gives guests the
opportunity to explore our rich history in the Railroad, Tennis, Music
and the Arts.
This festival is sponsored in part by the City of
Belton Hospitality Fund, Anderson County, Senator Billy O'Dell,
Representative Mike Gambrell, SC Arts Commission, and Belton Metal Corp.
