The Belton, SC Lions Club will hold their 53rd Annual "Community Birthday Calendar" sales project January 17 - February 21, 2008. All proceeds support ongoing projects to help those in need of financial support for eye exams, eye glasses, and leader dogs for the blind.
The Calendar produced will begin with the month of July 2008 and continue through the month of June 2009. Calendars will be available for purchase from any member of the Belton Lions Club. Birthdates, anniversaries, in memory of, and in service listings are available for adding to the calendar. A few of the 32 ad blocks are still available through the 1st week in March to businesses, organizations or individuals that wish to purchase an advertisement. The ads are placed so that they may be seen for 12 months. A decorative community color photo will be placed at the top of the calendar.

A few extra calendars will be available for purchase in May from any member of the Belton Lions Club.
Calendars will be delivered to Lions Club members at the May meeting for distribution to their customers prior to July1, 2008.
