The first annual Upstate Chili Cook-off is sanctioned by the International Chili Society (ICS) and will be held in Belton, SC on Saturday, April 17, 2010. The event is expected to be very competitive and well attended by those who enjoy the taste of chili.

This is a community-wide event that will also be an opportunity for other service organizations and churches to participate.
